At one point or another, it's very likely that you have had a personal run in with the psychological phenomenon called Imposter Syndrome regardless of your level of experience in the workplace. While being in the midst of Imposterism is difficult and can be even more difficult to talk about, with this article I aim to share my journey in the hope that you too can beat Imposter Syndrome and thrive in whatever you choose to do. In addition to sharing my own journey, this article will briefly describe what Imposterism is and share some free resources for additional learning.
